Programs
How much are your programs? Do I need to RSVP? Can I register online? How?
Monthly luncheons are $29 for members, and $41 for guests WITH RSVP. Special event prices may vary, depending on the event.
RSVPs are highly recommended, as walk-in space is not guaranteed. RSVPs may be sent online. Please email us to cancel your RSVP if you are not able to attend.
You can speed up your check-in time at the luncheon when you register online by prepaying with your MasterCard or Visa. Register now.
What kind of speakers and topics do you have?
AMASV speakers include a specialized, strategic mix of local, regional, and national speakers from a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise, on a broad range of topics. See the calendar for a complete list of luncheons. Programs run from 11:30 to 1:15 and include time for networking, lunch, and Q & A.
May I bring a guest or client to a meeting?
Please do.
May I bring brochures or flyers to put on the tables at the luncheon?
Please DO NOT. The AMASV is not a "leads" group and we do not display promotional material for anyone on our luncheon tables. Speaker and sponsor materials are sometimes distributed at the door or at specially assigned tables, but are subject to approval by the VP of Programs.

Membership
How do I become a member?
Simply download and complete the membership form, or ask for one at a meeting and then send it in to the address at the top of the form. Questions? Email us.
Can I sign up my whole company under one membership?
AMA membership is an individual membership, not a company membership, and is not transferable from individual to individual. The advantage to that is if you leave a particular company, your membership goes with you.
How do I update my contact information?
Keeping your contact information current is critical and allows us to keep you informed about monthly meetings and other important events. You can update your information online.
Do I have to be a member to attend AMASV luncheons and events?
No, you do not. Visitors and guests are always welcome, and encouraged to attend. But becoming a member offers you a 40% savings on event pricing.
Do you offer a regular form of member communication?
In addition to our Web site, we send out monthly Fax Note event reminders and The AMASV Insider our monthly email communiqué that goes out to everyone on our mailing list. Sign up now for the mailing list.

Sponsorships & Affiliates
I'd like to raise my company's visibility by sponsoring a raffle, luncheon or special event. How do I do that?
There are lots of opportunities for visibility within the AMASV, and sponsorships are one great way to get in front of our AMASV membership and guests. Sponsors (in-kind and cash) are needed for raffle prizes ($25 minimum value), luncheons ($300 and up) and special events. Please contact our VP Corporate Support for more details.
I'd like to offer a special discount to AMASV Members and have you tell them about it. How does that work?
First of all, you must offer a significant benefit to our members that is not otherwise available to the general public. Secondly, you must present your affiliate application and information about this benefit for approval to our VP of Corporate Support.

Web Site
I'm a member. How do I establish a link from my company listing to my company Web site?
This is a new MEMBERS ONLY benefit! Simply email us with permission from your company to link to their site, and the URL to which you'd like us to link your company listing,
via the Web link activation form in your member profile.
Who created the new AMASV Web site?
The new AMASV Web site is a result of a volunteer team effort led by three different Web-related firms: Wiley Design, Verbulant Creative, and InfoPros.
Wiley Design developed the chapter's new brand identity. They contributed the fabulous new "look and feel" of the site to include the Flash Intro, the new AMASV logo, and the graphic design of the user interface. The new brand identity program encompasses print and promotion components. Wiley Design also contributed to the site's brand strategy, along with Verbulant Creative, in conjunction with the AMASV board.
Verbulant Creative contributed the information architecture, content development and coordination, and copywriting for the new AMASV site. This effort included strategically designing the information flow, the architecture of the navigation structure, the underlying structure of the user interface, and writing all the copy. Verbulant Creative also contributed to the site's brand strategy, along with Wiley Design, in conjunction with the AMASV board.
InfoPros contributed the Web site development for the new version of the AMASV site. InfoPros coded the site, built the Membership database functionality and helped with the site's usability and structure. InfoPros is also the host for the site.
The current VP Web Site provides all ongoing site maintenance and content updates.
